For new registrants:
Click on the "Register" link in the menu to the left.  Please fill in all fields highlighted with the yellow exclamation mark as they are required.  Use your EPS email address when asked for your email address details (you can always change this later once registered).   Follow the prompts and check your inbox for an email from this website requesting your verification of the registration.  The email will contain a link that you will need click.  Click the link and you're done.

For users registered on the old site who cannot now access their account:

If you do not remember your username:

• Click on the "Forgot Login?" link in the menu to the left.   Select "Lost Username", enter your email address and click on "Submit Username/Password".  
• Check your inbox for an email from this website that provides you your username. 

If you do not remember your password: 

• Click on the "Forgot Login?" link in the menu to the left.   Select "Lost Password", enter both your username and email address and click on "Submit Username/ Password".  
• Check your inbox for an email from this website with your newly created password (you can change this later once logged in). 

Please note:

1. Using your EPS email address speeds up the registration process as it simplifies verification.

3. If your registration on the old site used your @police.edmonton.ab.ca email address, you will need to use that to have this website send you your login details.
